.5 Simple Syrup
2 dropper The Bitter Lady Banana Pudding Bitters or Espresso Yo' Self Bitters
Build in Shaker on Ice
Shake vigorously
Strain into chilled coup glass
Garnish: 3 Coffee Beans

Jo's Lavender Lemonade
2 oz Lavender Vodka
(Heritage or Half Moon Bay for Example)
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 dropper The Bitter Lady Flower Child Bitters
Shake on Ice and dump into a Collins Glass
Fill with Soda Water
Garnish with a Lemon Wheel
You can also make your own lavender simple syrup with 1 cup sugar, 1 cup sugar and 2tsp dried food-grade lavender. Heat until mixed, strain.
The Rolling Flower
1 ounce St. Germain's elderflower liqueur
1 ounce gin
1oz Dry Vermouth
1 Dropper The Bitter Lady Rolling on a river
Build in a mixing glass
Stir until very cold
Strain into a Chilled coup
Garnish lemon twist
Blood Orange Fennel Fizz
2 oz Gin or Vodka
1.5 oz Blood Orange Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
2 Dropper The Bitter Lady Femme Fennel Bitters
Build in a Tin over ice
Shake and strain onto fresh ice in a collins glass
Fill with Soda Water
Garnish with a Fennel Frond and/or a Blood orange slice
Sage Sour
2 oz Gin or Vodka
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1 Egg White
4-5 Sage Leaves
Build ingredients in a tin and shake vigorously and thoroughly with ice
Strain into a chilled coup glass
Carefully drop a pattern of drops of The Bitter Lady Sage Advice Bitters on the froth
Run through the patter with a toothpick to complete the design
Garnish with a fresh Sage Leaf

Build in a Tin over ice
Pour into Collins glass over crushed ice
Top with Soda Water
Add Mint sprigs and Lime wheel for garnish

1 Dash hot sauce
