Sage Sour
2 oz Gin or Vodka
3/4 oz Simple Syrup

3/4 oz Lime Juice
1 Egg White
4-5 Sage Leaves
Build ingredients in a tin and shake vigorously and thoroughly with ice

Strain into a chilled coup glass

Carefully drop a pattern of drops of The Bitter Lady Sage Advice Bitters on the foam
Run through the patter with a toothpick to complete the design

Garnish with a fresh Sage Leaf
