2 oz Bourbon.5 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Simple syrup
1 oz Fresh Orange Juice
Build in a Tin over ice
Shake and strain onto fresh ice in a collins glass
Fill with Fever Tree Ginger Beer
Float The Bitter Lady Hair of the Dog Bitters
Garnish with Orange slice and a long straw
